Terms of Service
By using AdRounds you agree to these terms. The service is operated by AdRounds, Indonesia ("we").
1. The service
AdRounds is a Google Ads account monitoring tool: it reads data from accounts you connect, detects problems and opportunities, and presents them as findings and suggestions. The service is in a pilot stage and features may change. At this stage AdRounds only reads data and does not modify your accounts. Any future changes are sent only after you approve them.
2. Accounts and Google Ads access
- You grant access through Google OAuth and may revoke it at any time.
- You confirm you are authorized to connect the accounts. If an account belongs to a client, you have their consent.
- You remain bound by the Google Ads terms and Google's advertising policies.
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us about any misuse.
3. Suggestions are not guarantees
Findings and suggestions are generated from available data and may be wrong or incomplete. Decisions and changes in your ad accounts are your responsibility. We do not guarantee improved performance, cost savings, or that every problem is detected.
4. Pilot, pricing, and payment
The pilot is free for 1 month. After that the starting price is about Rp 150,000 per account per month and may change; we will tell you before the pilot ends and will not charge you without your agreement. Payment details will be described when we send an offer. You may stop at any time.
5. Prohibited use
- Using the service to break the law or Google policies.
- Trying to access another agency's data, disrupting the service, or reverse engineering it.
- Reselling access to the service without our written consent.
6. Data and privacy
Data use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your data remains yours. You may disconnect and request deletion as described there.
7. Availability and changes
During the pilot the service is provided "as is" without an availability guarantee. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice where practical.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or advertising spend arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months (zero during the free pilot).
9. Termination
You may stop at any time by disconnecting or contacting us. We may suspend access that violates these terms. After termination data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably; failing that, in the competent courts of Indonesia.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email before they take effect. Continued use means you accept them.
